Those of you working in Alt. Energy field...

I have a Physics student interested in studying environmental engineering... he's primarily interested in solar/wind E, but everything in general. He's looking for engineering schools with good programs. Here in Missouri we have UMR in Rolla (Missouri Science & Technology now) and their primary focus related to energy is Petroleum Engineering.

He doesn't have the money to go to MIT, but if you have any ideas, knowledge, or experience and can offer ideas about schools, I'm all ears!
