i have to check economy by the tank full, because the injector pump bypasses a large % back to the tank, no volume measuring device 'yet'. so variability over a month's time and 400 miles, I show no measureable improvement for wheel covers alone. but once the entire side of the car is modded then the small parts add up to make a difference. my A,B,A,B data is all in relative % of injector pump rack position @ steady state, so do not know what FE is, only better or worst. i adapted a TPS to my to injector pump linkage. so the data is just ohms of resistance. i read the TPS directly with my DVM so an instant yes or no.
