I hope Chevy does better with production and sales than its PR people did with market placement of the Volt. That $40,000 price projection, and the 230 mpg mileage estimate, were lame. Essentially, the Volt is still vaporware. GM built false expectations, and whatever it produces is going to be a major disappointment to a lot of people.
