Closeable/lockable wheel skirts?
Hey, has anyone thought about making front and rear wheel skirts on some kind of hinge that you could open and close and lock in place? This just seems like it would be much cleaner than just bolting skirts over the wheels and not being able to rotate your tires (or getting to the tires being a real PITA).
