So, the writer said he was using two spiral gel core batteries, which, after doing a litttle googling, I see is just a better lead acid battery. Very heavy, and he'd need a ton of them to be able to help run the car, and up the fuel economy the needed 6-8 times above normal for that car, engine, and fuel....
