yes high 30's (maybe low 40s hwy) with out the kill switch and stuff

air conditioner is broken so I'll likely remove it (it was optional anyway)

I wonder if vortex generators would have an effect? truth is I wil probablty try them cuae they are cool looking and I want to be thorough.
I currently drive an 87 subaru, the carbed.
the xt should have dual runner intake, although you mention high 30s, is it carbed?
singular injection gets to high 30s with CAI, (non rubbered and stiffer intake hose)
either way, all models from that generation need EGR removed, it is psychotic. Then the self-cleaning continues, fuel stays very stable.
plug the heads and all the ports they had for it.

I'd like a fourth version from that generation, the xt motor is it. if the top end has the oem xt "hot rod" stuff. My locale beat those to death, then blamed the car. It is like that.
excellent ecomodder, the 3 mains attempting to be a japanese lightweight, its hilarious, not even japan could keep it a ninny ricer. Legends are legends after all..
