Ok, I finally found my old thread:

And I also found a pic I took of the work done so far on the upper grill block:
Doesn't look like spilled Tauntaun guts anymore
Now I just need to fill the holes, sand smooth, fiberglass, sand, and paint. And make sure I don't need to find more attachment points.
