Oh hell yeah, you can find a random belt that will fit. After adding a second alternator to my Mazda (onboard welder), I had to find a wierd belt size that wasn't ever available on the Mazda... I strung 'er up and went to Holleran's (performance store up here), and they let me go in the back and measure up a belt that I could use, and try a few on 'til I found the right size.

There are belts ranging from some 6" long (14" OAL or so) to over 100" OAL for different applications. You're not likely to find either of those sizes in the local store, but you'll probably find what you need.
