Simple way: Find the intake of your dryer, and pipe it through the front of an easy-to-obtain DSM sidemount intercooler. Pump the exhaust through the charge part.
I've been looking at doing this with my Father's dryer to increase it's efficiency, even though he only uses it once a week.
