The bigger the car the easier it is to lower the drag coefficient while still keeping a normal looking design. For example, I bet the angle between the top/back edge of the roof and the top/back edge of the trunk is the same as the body angle of the Prius in the same area. Both vehicles also seem to have the greenhouse indented/angled inwards from the bottom of the body. All the aero improvements besides those are via the cooling system, underbody, and wheel wells, so they won't detract from the appearance.
