I looked around, and there wasn't any free coroplast to be found. Ended up emailing sign shops and I have 3 sheets of black 4X8 on order at a little over $13 per sheet.
Also, is 4 mil a good thickness? I was thinking about 6 to make it more rigid, but didn't go for the 10 since that was too thick. The 6 was $25 a sheet, so I couldn't afford that.
