Hi,All. Good news. I did find the ground plane, and the solder joints
read as 1. Found out what I needed by touching the probes together
which reads as a short. Learned something for sure. Good idea
to take it to a tv repair shop, but they are few and far between here.
Tvs are a throwaway item anymore. Watt.
