Ugh. The new transmission doesn't work.
It doesn't engage into any gear, but everything checks out. It did need to be welded by the junk yard because the forklift guy had to much fun and cracked the case, so that may have done something else. My conclusion is that the internal ATF filter is clogged with metal shavings from the repair job (which I had to clean off the exterior of the transmission) and 11 years of crappy ATF.
So tomorrow it's coming out and I am going to send it back for a refund. I have located another transmission with a lot less miles that has been tested fine that I plan to get once I get my refund.
Ugh, this is not fun. I even have my new Zilla 1k-LV sitting here just waiting to be used!
