I don't get it.
flow of traffic is just that. if its halted quick, it may be a pile up, it may not.
I would like to see old ladies in old hondas keep thier lights on bright when doing 25 on a dark maine 75-110 mph highway...no sign necessary. Just use lights. lights are good, especially in the dark.
going anal retentive with things when real things can't even be real yet....is unbelievable to me.
