I hit a major wall and could not get over 19:1 A/F when the ambient temps were colder with the Fall season setting in. I had some surge issues at these temps and couldn't fix it. Then he mention to increase the intake temps and it was a instant fix.
All I had to do was by pass the inter-cooler.
Sometime the answer is so simple.
