No amount of warning would have any effect on the way some drivers would react. Most of them would probably still barrel up on your a-- hoping there would be nothing coming and they could whip around you real quick without having to slow down. I've noticed that 95% of the time after a person gets behind me and knows I'm driving slower they don't back off, but continue to ride my bumper and probably having to brake quite frequently. If I come up on someone driving slower I try to put a few hundred feet buffer between me and them so if they slow down maybe I can just let off the gas and coast and never have to brake.
