It's Wisconsin. Forty below is not out of the question. Highs in the teens is about as bad as it gets on a regular basis where I am though.

The picture frame idea is basically to save money? Looks like it's coming up about 30 bucks online for 2x4 feet of 1/8 inch lexan...

I'll take a closer look at the grill in the morning and see if I can come up with a good plan of attack.
