I should be using the new EPA fuel economy numbers and not the old ones that came on the window sticker of my 2007 model, right? Also, the % above or below is based on the EPA's combined mileage number, correct? Thanks.

FYI to anyone posting on CMPG. You're supposed to use the old EPA numbers if they apply to your model year. The % of combined EPA currently seems to be based on the average of city and highway numbers (not the actual EPA combined number). For me it's a difference of 15.5% over EPA (on Ecomodder) or 94.81% of EPA (5.19% below EPA - on CMPG). I like my numbers here better.
