I should be using the new EPA fuel economy numbers and not the old ones that came on the window sticker of my 2007 model, right? Also, the % above or below is based on the EPA's combined mileage number, correct? Thanks.

FYI to anyone posting on CMPG. You're supposed to use the old EPA numbers if they apply to your model year. The % of combined EPA currently seems to be based on the average of city and highway numbers (not the actual EPA combined number). For me it's a difference of 15.5% over EPA (on Ecomodder) or 94.81% of EPA (5.19% below EPA - on CMPG). I like my numbers here better.

I updated my Fuel Log for this weekend's fillup.
Actually beat 28 MPG - WOO HOO
I was all excited to see my signature update.. but it did not!!
Do i need to do something to make it update?
the Fuel Log screen is updated - but the sig still has the 24.somehing for average and not the new number..

(knowing my luck - by posting here something will update and it will actually work now - in which chase i will edit this post to note the correction...)

FYI, the sig image updates each time you update your fuel log. The old image, however, remains in your browser cache. Until you manually clear the cache (depending on the browser, simply reloading or shift-reloading the page does this), or the cache expires, you'll continue to see the old one.
