I have been through tweeking the incoming air temp and coolant temp sensors also. These seem to to help some but not above the realm of MPG calculation error. Changes on them also retard timing, but do not seem to be "learned" around.

I have also had started building an O2 sensor tweeker called COSM ll, but my efforts were halted this past January do to major cancer surgery. Three months out of work, bills you would'nt believe, no pay and Obama's so called incentives have us in a major bind. So far, my checkup two weeks ago came back clean.

Building a HHO cell seems easy but getting 1L/min, at 10 to 15 amps and thermally stable is not. My last HHO cell was close at 12 amps but prone to overheating when outside temps got above 80 deg/F. Balancing quick start up without overheating, without expensive devices requires lots of trial and error. The fool thing will most likely freeze in the winter too. I live 80 miles north of New York City.

I'm not sure how I will procede right now.
