Try looking in the phone book under "plastics" You may be able to find a company that will sell you cut-offs. If you make a template from posterboard or something else you can take these with you so see if the leftover pieces will work for you or not.
If you are going over the grill in the picture, I wouldn't think you would need much more than .020" thick lexan. There are many points of contact for support behind it.
