yeah TO-247. Just bought a few on ebay for my charger project:
IGBT SGL50N60 600V 80A 250W short circuit rated (x4) on eBay (end time 15-Dec-09 00:44:35 GMT)

80A 600V. Just an idea as i think you mentioned the fets were on backorder.
