That looks like a great power stage for a charger. The isolation transformer is a great thing to have. With that for the power stage, you will have about an 8KW charger!! And, Thats figuring at 200V output!

You might need to add some caps to the bank to further smooth the ripple. It was meant to cut, not charge batteries. lol.

I cant wait to see what you come up with!.
