My best in my 1992 Civic vx was 58mpg on a single tank, I had a strong tail wind with 65mph highway speed for the entire tank.
My best motorcycle mileage was 75mpg on my 1967 Honda CL160 with an average of 72mpg over the entire time I owned the motorcycle.
My current motorcycle a 1975 Honda CB125 averages 68mpg pretty under pretty much every ridding condition.
My 2005 (sold a few months ago) Tomos Arrow averaged around 105mpg at 30mph.
It was not road leagle but it was tight testing conditions, I got 245mpg with a single seater 3 wheeled vehicle I made for a super mileage vehicle competition about ten years back, that mileage was at a steady 30mph.
