Seems like a point for discussion, considering that EV performance = how you built it.
The performance of an EV depends directly on the amount of power it has available to it, therefore, if you built it to cruise, it probably won't do well on hills, but if you designed it to be a hill climber, you'll likely sacrifice some cruise efficiency, but have a longer terrain-range.
