I see what you've done there.

The best idea is probably to line it up with the front lined up properly, since it appears to have more than 30% conformity that way. The rest could just be trimmed to fit away from the cover as much as would actually be necessary. I feel like the thing would fit rather cleanly, though, even on a different make.
