I think those vents aren't going to work in high speed situations... just like fans have effective speed ranges, any type of air movement will only work effectively in a given range of flow and speed, and those wheel covers seem to me like they'd only work at low speeds where airflow isn't so (insert proper term here) discombobulated. (That doesn't hit my spell check... odd.)

They're still slick, though. I like how they didn't make the inserts black attempting to hide them, instead, making them obvious. It adds to the elegance and boldness of the wheel design, I think.
