IIRC Wisconsin has a lot of rolling hills. If that's your highway drive, you can probably increase your mpg by dropping the cruise control, and learning to roller-coaster the hills a bit. That is, you let your speed drop a bit going up - cruise control would give more gas to try to keep a constant speed uphill - then pick up speed on the downhills. This also could help with your AT shift points.
