IIRC Wisconsin has a lot of rolling hills. If that's your highway drive, you can probably increase your mpg by dropping the cruise control, and learning to roller-coaster the hills a bit. That is, you let your speed drop a bit going up - cruise control would give more gas to try to keep a constant speed uphill - then pick up speed on the downhills. This also could help with your AT shift points.

I'd be interested to see that flat underbody. I drive a minivan of a different make, and my underbody is far from flat with exhaust, suspension, fuel tank, crossmembers...

A belly pan is definitely on my list of improvements to do. I've done a temporary grill block, and will be doing a more permanent one. But adjusting the nut has, without a doubt, been the biggest factor in my mileage gains.
