I was later informed that it wasn't at ONE volt, that was a miss-measurement on someone's part. However, it did appear that the motor was pulling HIGH AMPERAGE / LOW VOLTAGE.
It sure is one dang quiet motorcycle though.
A black carbon-fiber body would look slick on it. (With lots of LEDs for safety, of course!)
I might have to loan my Citicar controller to the cause for controller troubleshooting and high-speed playing in the street.
Also, I am glad I was NOT the one riding it with NO SEAT!
