I personally wouldn't use it in oil except as a purge.
I do use it in all my vehicles FUEL as I do see improvements in FE on most of them including my diesels. The dodge crewcab however isn't affected
MMO also helped me run a 98 Buick lesabre with a blown intake for 2yrs. before my father rev'd it in 2nd up to 80mph passing and blew out the engine anyway
I still wonder why all the garages kept saying there was NO issue with the car? That was apparently a pretty common issue to have the plastic garbage leak radiator fluid inside the heads.
It also helped a 93 suburban run that would miss terrible without it.
