I drove 30mi south, into some gentle hills, on the throughway. I got 68mpg on the way there, going 62-64mph the whole way, and lean burning most of the way. 65mpg on the ride home, despite the descent, because I drove 74mph for the first third of the way, forfeiting lean burn.
I'm very happy with both numbers. If I had my summer tires on, it would have been 70-something mpg, plus the lean burn window would be wider.
