A little hard to tell from the photo but it looks like "POLAR FLEECE" material and should be available from any decent fabric supply place.
Ask most females for a source if you are not familiar with one.
Take a sample if you have one and see if they can match it.
It is a recycled poly ethylene made from soft drink bottles by the way and it will "matt" if you wash it in a machine.

Hand wash with any brand of "wool wash" fabric was will keep it looking and feeling good.
