The bellypan on my T-100 fully encloses the driveshaft while leaving an open slot for clearance of the rear axle at full extension.
If,when jacked on stands,your independent suspension components conflict with the natural bellypan elevation,perhaps separate "pans" could be attached to each component such that at "normal" road driving,all the pieces plane out with one another.
The forward 2/3rds of a bellypan is more important than the last 1/3rd,so if you can get the front pretty clean,you're pretty much good to go.
