I made it myself by dropping the original air dam down about 6.5" lower and then bumped the bottom lip forward about 3". I also added in a lower belly pan to the air dam. Tacked on some front air blocks fer the front tires...they scrape a little if I git too close to the curb stops though.
I'd be happy to come on by and see what can be done with yer setup. Send me a PM with some contact info. Who knows...my method could be a new approach to stock bumpers/air dams.
