Yes...I have a belly pan...
The only results I have from the side skirts are from the last few tanks of gas during my last run up north with winter gas and cold temps.
The skirts are 3/4" R-Matte foam insulation board. They are not as wide as the tires. There is about 4" (front) to 5" (rear) clearance from the ground with gear loaded in the truck and a full tank of gas. I plan to put some coroplast or luan over the top of the foam and maybe cut the ground clearance down to 2" or 3". Let the road determine the "adjustment factor".

Very cool idea.
I saw an 18-wheeler trailer on the way home tonight. He was West bound on 290 and the Trailer had the side plates like your truck, 1/2 wheel skirts, and a side plate behind the wheels the tapers up toward the back. The Tractor also had aero discs on the rear wheels..
Slightly off topic, but where did you get that front air dam? I would like one like that for my Frontier.
(BTW, I work at Ellington Field, just up the road from you... )

I made it myself by dropping the original air dam down about 6.5" lower and then bumped the bottom lip forward about 3". I also added in a lower belly pan to the air dam. Tacked on some front air blocks fer the front tires...they scrape a little if I git too close to the curb stops though.
I'd be happy to come on by and see what can be done with yer setup. Send me a PM with some contact info. Who knows...my method could be a new approach to stock bumpers/air dams.

Once I git everything cleaned up and tested...I'll repost it here.
I still have to button up the front and sides...not sure about the rear yet.

Adding pictures of my extended rear skirts from my mod thread:
I have yet to blend them with a bellypan (bellypan is this year's summer project).

Thanks, but halfway thru a very cold and snowy ( =salty!!) winter, they're not so good looking anymore The salt has eaten away at the layer of paint, plus there are streaks of rust from the screws. Next weekend I'll be able to park in our garage (a toasty +4*C) for 2-3 nights, so maybe I'll clean them once the car thaws out.
