I have delta shaped VGs on my car, although they're actually more effective at reducing lift than drag. According to Mitsubishi's research, drag was reduced 4 points and rear lift by 13.
According to
this article, vortex generators can reduce drag up to 12% and rear lift by up to 104% using a bluff body application.
