I hypermile when I can get away with it. Lately though, I've been warned for 'impeding traffic' a few times...by going just THREE MILLES BELOW THE SPEED LIMIT.
You'd think cops of all people, would know better. But if your average yahoo decides to cruise a 65MPH at 80MPH or so i'm not allowed to do 62...go figure.
