That's what I like about my 94 VX as well, crank windows, no power steering. The only frill is the A/C. I do like Honda's standard features of a drivers side fuel tank door latch & hatch/trunk lever. In your earlier postings you commented about rebuilding the car, I'm glad you added the edit, I was curious about that.

With your comments about the Insight, I'm real happy now that I didn't get the used 2000 about 5 years back. I sent a question about purchasing one w/ 64k to Pat Goss from the TV show Motorweek. He said to stay away, because the battery life was not yet really know & if they needed to be replaced it could be the cost of a new engine.

So what kind of warranty do you have on the 2002 Insight. A factory one for an 8 year old car?
