I remember the time I was driving in a strange city (Very Strange - SLS

and the gas pedal on my '81 Celica felt different. It got somewhat better, and next time I had a chance to look, I saw that the pedal had fallen off, and I was using the mechanical lever it had been pressing on. It didn't warrant fixing.
