search eBay for HUD or Head Up Display. You can usually find them from GM cars pretty cheaply, and I'd imagine one could adapt the input for whatever signal was wanted.
Or, there is a universal HUD kit on there all the time for $100 that normally displays MPH, but I'm sure it could take another signal as well.
