Have you tried injecting a little H2 into the engine to help lower your AF ratio?

From what I understand it should increase the flame speed, and make it easier to ignite.

edit to add: running open loop all the time is throwing me for a loop.
Neptune is a Honda only system.

I'm not to much into H2.

Open loop is where it reads and runs off pre-programed load/rpm tables. The values in these tables are my inputs. The O2 sensor doesn't adjust anything on my system.
