I want to do a kill switch for my Metro, but I think the better way to do it is to cut the power to the injectors and not the ECU. If you rig it so it's like when the ignition is off you kill power to the ECU, and constantly turning this on and off is not good for it. If you just kill the injectors then the engine dies because it has no fuel, but the ECU will keep running for your gauges and mileage meters and such.
Do a search for the kill switch threads. I think there might be a few.
