If I know you - and I just think I do - You'll find a use for that extra capacity.
The tires aren't any more expensive if you shop at China-Mart, either. They're pretty much all $60 w/ the rims, $30 without. I always get them with the rims, then sell the old rims w/ the bad tires on them.
