Just went and checked, tires are rated for 55 mph. Imagine all the beer I can carry with one of these things!

I probably could have gotten by just fine with the lighter one like you have brucey and pocketed the difference. Oh well, I justified it by saying the premium wasn't too much. Been spending money like it's freegin' water out here on the West Coast anyway. I wanted to be able to compare the two prior to purchase but there just isn't enough data out there to do that, and it wasn't practical to do it at the store.

Re: cat: all I need is 95 more of them to be...

all the rest of it (insanity, etc.) is in place...

I do not need a truck either..not for much anyway.
I am liking the trailer idea.
Today I was asked to deliver this to a lumber yard for my dad (he is a trucker..short on time). It may turn into a routine, extra dough.

this is my 90hp subaru with a 192 pound beam on the roof. decent epiphany...

Given my ill lately, a ride to earn is really decent.

Frank,

If I know you - and I just think I do - You'll find a use for that extra capacity.

The tires aren't any more expensive if you shop at China-Mart, either. They're pretty much all $60 w/ the rims, $30 without. I always get them with the rims, then sell the old rims w/ the bad tires on them.

I think when the time comes I'll find some car wheels n tires that bolt on. Nice 13" upgrade too.

That's got what on it now? If they're 5 lug, they're American 5x4.5 pattern, most likely. There are about 400 vehicles with that pattern on them.

first thing I thought of looking at the photo. The 13s are limited...but no drivetrain, nor big brakes.. I'd want higher ratings of at least 14 inch for local roads.
Coincidentally, on the way home from delivering, cars in front swerving to chuinks of rubber from a little trailer that shredded (no kidding), The warm up is fast here today, going for a record into the 60s.. gas tanks are venting, little tires are popping.. oh my!
