Change your tranny fluid if you haven't done so already as it needs to be done every other year 10w30 motor oil is the correct stuff, synthetic oil works great for this.
I think you have a 1.6l engine in that correct? other then that it's pretty well tuned or mileage, with fuel injection, off the top of my head I'm not sure what your engine speeds are at highway speed but you might be able to drop that speed a bit with a $100 tranny swap.
Tires and wheels are going to make a difference as well, Honda insight wheels would be ideal for mileage, but the civic vx and civic hx wheels work well as well as they are really light and narrow.
