...the "stock" OEM camshaft that came in the engine is about as "tame" and MPG-friendly as you're gonna get.
...although, you CAN can a standard camshaft custom "reground" for more low-end performance at expense of higher-rpm power...ie: better mpg, but lower hp.
...contact a local camshaft shop...if *they* can't do it, they'll probably be able to recommend someone nationally who can do it (but not totally cheap).
