Economy Camshaft
I was wondering where you can find one of these for my car, I googled it with no luck, is this anything that comes out for most cars or just special ones?
Thank you anyone who answers
I found This: does it mean 1995 cam shafts will fit in my car?

...yep, "...1995-thru-2002..." means they all use the same dimensional camshaft.
...that appears to be a MoPar ad, so that camshaft should be available either through a local dealership or directly from Chrysler/MoPar.
...you ever changed a camshaft on a car before? It's typically not a simple task.

Well that particular one is performace, I was wondering if any of the other models 1995-2002 would have a more..... How can i phrase this? MPG-bettering-shape lol, I am bad with cars... Like the metro changed his to one from a metro with better mpg and it gave him more MPG, so would a older (or newer) neons different camshaft put in my car make a big change because I know the 1995 neons get hella gas milage (which I know is also from the smaller engine and lighter weight)
and BTW... I have a dirt-cheap mechanic b/c I bring him alot of work

...the "stock" OEM camshaft that came in the engine is about as "tame" and MPG-friendly as you're gonna get.
...although, you CAN can a standard camshaft custom "reground" for more low-end performance at expense of higher-rpm power...ie: better mpg, but lower hp.
...contact a local camshaft shop...if *they* can't do it, they'll probably be able to recommend someone nationally who can do it (but not totally cheap).

Colt Cams - Camshaft Profiles
This is the place I usually see recommended for custom grinds but there are others, poke around in the catalog there they list the stock specs for a 2.0L neon motor. Might want to get something like desktop dyno and run some simulations on different profiles to see about what size you might want. Alternatively I'm sure they could recommend a good set of specs if you tell them what you want it to do.

Exactly.
RandomFact314, the cam you posted about is a higher-performance cam with longer duration and higher lift, which is nearly certain to reduce mileage. Low-RPM cylinder filling will be worse and low-RPM torque will be reduced in exchange for better high-RPM cylinder filling and high-RPM horsepower. Note that you'd need different (i.e. stiffer) valve springs with that cam, which will further reduce efficiency.

Mopar's Direct Connection Performance Catalog(and several other performance catalogs) sell advance keys and cams for your car.
Advancingthe timing will lower the effective torque curve and help you get better mileage by reducing the strain on the engine.
Also, if you want a different cam for economy, look to see if you can find one labeled "RV" or "Towing" These profiles are generally lower lift and timing adjusted for more torque down low, where it matters most.
