I had looked at diesel early on in the planning stage but decided against it for a number of reasons,weight,vibration,soot and my lack of hands on diesel experiance.So i opted for the 3 cyl turbo gas pot for the prototype car.I brought up the diesel thing to show that efficiency in an internal combustion engine has been elevated to 53% when the experimentors combined diesel and gasoline injection on thier test diesel engine.
