That looks great if your target voltage is in the higher range (ie: less current needed). However, I'd be concerned with heat dissipation as you have all three switches bunched up onto one die. I suppose it would work for a smaller 3ph motor.

Now, the other IGBT modules this same seller has are really looking good to me. 600V, 400A and 2.2v max 1.6V typical Vsat. I'm going to get his 8x modules package. We only need 3 for this project but I'll need the rest to blow them up as I will undoubtedly do....
